(1) PAYMENT TERMS: Initial 50% payment required to secure production and remainder payable before shipping.
Timescale quoted will not start until payment is received. Title in all goods supplied by us shall vest with Ceramic
Art Tile Land until Ceramic Art Tile Land has received full payment in respect thereof. In the case of transactions
settled by cheque, full repayment will deem to be once the cheque has been presented for payment and paid by the
drawer’s bankers.
(2) QUOTATIONS: We reserve the right to change any part of the quotation, if it contains errors or omissions.
Quotations are valid for 1 Month.
(3) COPYRIGHT: Orders of reproductions other than Ceramic Art Tile Land’s Image Gallery are accepted on the
understanding that the copyright is vested in the client. Clients supplying images for production are responsible for
all copyright issues surrounding the use of the image.
(4) RETURNS AND REFUNDS: If you receive goods in damaged condition, note the fact on the delivery note, you
must notify us by post, fax or email within three days of receipt of the goods. Please retain all packaging and relevant documentation arriving with the goods. Photograph damaged goods immediately noting date and time on
photograph. Please check all products prior to installation, as any claims cannot be considered once the products have been installed.
(5) CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS: We will use our best judgement to produce the products.
(6) DELIVERY OF GOODS: We are not responsible for damage which occurs after goods leave our premises in the
hands of postal, courier and freight services etc. If you do receive goods damaged during delivery, please notify us
immediately and retain all damaged goods with relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made
against the carrier’s insurers. Delivery times quoted are approximate.
(7) SHIPPING/CARRIAGE: The client will be responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry
into the destination country.
(8) LAW: Any contract between us and the client will be governed and constructed according to Australian Law and
each party hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the Australian Courts.
